send your notification by email to travel@chialagunaresort.com within 48 hours of making your initial booking.
The booking must have been made on the official website www.chialagunaresort.com or through our booking office and does not include cancelled and/or modified bookings.
The requested rate, i.e. the best rate found, must be related to the same hotel, the same type of room, rate conditions, number of guests, length of stay and dates. It must be possible to book the requested rate.
The most economical rate does not include taxes, duty and/or commission. The promotion may be interrupted at any time at the discretion of Italian Hospitality Collection. In the event of interruption any requests already received will be able to take advantage of the promotion.
The best available rate condition is not applicable to reservations made in the 72 hours before the day of arrival.
