Looking for a customized offer for your stay?
Send us your requestWe know you don’t want to spend time apart from your furry companion and look forward to spending some fun and carefree time with them. Your four-legged friends are welcome at Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia and we’re more than happy to allow up to two pets per room.
All together at the beach*
To ensure that everyone has an unforgettable time, pets are also allowed on the beach – exclusively in an area set aside for them – where you’ll be allocated a designated position with beach umbrella and sunbeds, specifically for pet owners.
A Special Area to relax and play in.
We’ve created a special area for your furry friends, where they can run, play and meet others of their kind.
Restaurants
Pets are also welcome in the restaurants, where we kindly ask you to abide by a few rules: pets are not allowed near the buffet area and, for everyone’s peace of mind, dogs must always be kept on a leash.
Welcome Kit
On arrival we’ll provide you with an exclusive Pet Kit, including a soft cushion, a food bowl and handy pet waste bags.
To ensure your little friends have a comfortable stay, there’s a daily supplement of €20 per pet weighing under 20 kg and €35 for pets weighing over 20 kg, up to a maximum of 40 kg.
Please note that when you arrive your pet’s actual weight will be ascertained to determine the correct amount to be charged to your room.
In compliance with current regulations, your pet must be carried to your designated position on the beach and remain on its lead under the beach umbrella during your stay in the dedicated area for pets.
Please remember that any violations of this regulation may be subject to penalties from the relevant authorities.
In any case, the guest/pet owner is responsible for their pet’s behaviour to the full extent of the law and is responsible for keeping the area free from animal excrement.
This does not apply to rescue dog units, guide dogs for the visually impaired, or assistance dogs (such as those for diabetics), which nonetheless must be in possession of a special licence or registration document.
Please remember that during the bathing season from 1 April to 31 October, dogs can be walked on the beach before 8.00 a.m. and after 8.00 p.m. (7.00 p.m. from 1 September and 6.00 p.m. from 1 October).
